Track all money spent....honestly for 30 days to gauge my needs vs wants.

Track headaches, Achilles pain, gas, heartburn, weight.

Track all food, recipes.

Learn to cook Thai food

Create healthy snacks & lunches for whole family.

Just an experiment in balance, self care, appreciating my body, finances, opportunities.

Create a list of goals (emotional, physical, vacations, possessions)
