Stay the course

Pretty proud. Went to favorite family dinner place & stayed the course.

No sourdough bread & butter (that was rough)
Soup yum
Salad with oil & vinegar (no blue cheese, sigh)
No salami but tons of beans & antipasti
Grilled Sole
Smidge of tarter sauce, maybe 1/2 a tsp
Baked potato, no butter or sour dream only chives & marinara sauce

Did indulge in two big bites if chocolate mousse pudding.

Wooohoo. Didn't fall completely off the wagon yet!

Tomorrow~ run & swim!
