I know I'd be stronger & slimmer if I ate more. I go through long stretches of the day being pseudo-hungry, then eat but not enough or the right stuff and I just know I'd be stronger & better fueled and lose weight with more food. I'm just lazy... Lame.
Eat more & Sleep more....same mantra...different day
