LIVE Lean (energy, clean, healthy, light, active)
Motivation/Reason:
STRENGTH (push ups, planks, etc)
CORE
Feel leaner, lighter, more comfortable in my skin & clothes
Steps:
TRACK Food, accountability not diet
Zumba & Bar classes
Church of Run, Bike, Swim
Sleep
Eat Clean (low sugar & fat & filler) (Increase greens, fiber, WHOLE Food)
Create muscle, strengthen & lean
