Dates
Kale chips
Apples
GF crackers
Filling, tastes great, and good for you!
Big ride today, freestone loop. Feeling it, all over tired. Love that feeling.
Staying on the wagon: run bike bar, GF, light dairy and smart food choices. Need more lap swimming, yet to go this week.
