First day of cycle: headache, general girlie malaise BUT.....
Hit Bar class. I suck at it big time: zero core, jello muscles, shaking legs and Charlie horses. Sigh....guess I'll go more often.
Run in spring lake, after bar I needed to feel better about myself. Hungry and side aches and mid afternoon heat did not bode well but chored out 35 minutes.
