Twittered away my free time today :-( No Bar, or swim. Short hot run 4.5m. So not awful but I wanted more, my fault.
Headache (no breakfast & up too late will do that), MT fault again.
Planning on coast weekend, good healthy food (and whiskey) and running each morning.
Today, so far:
Coffee
Small slices leftover steak
Goat cheese
Dr. crackers
Apple
Two boiled eggs
